Dr. Peter Bagnell was born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Educated at Acadia University, University of British Columbia and Dalhousie University Dental School, he has practiced in the Annapolis Valley since Graduating in 1989.

He was recently designated as a Premier provider of Invisalign which has allowed him the privilege of advanced training throughout North America with the leading North American  Invisalign providers. He simply loves what he does and working with a dedicated team who cares and treats everyone as family.

With two university-aged boys and a wife of 30 years they enjoy the outdoors together.

He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Nova Scotia Dental Association, Galler Invisalign Study club, Atlantic Invisalign study Club, Atlantic Implant Study Club, and the Annapollis Valley Dental Association.

Dr. Zahra, Kentville Dentist

Dr. Zahra Lahiji 

Dr. Zahra graduated dental school in 1993 and later became certified to practice in Canada when she moved to Nova Scotia with her family.

She recognizes the importance of patient-dentist interactions and puts forth her best effort to address patient needs and concerns.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Zahra loves the outdoors; going camping with friends and family while taking in the beautiful nature and scenery of Nova Scotia.

Community and International Involvement

Dr. Bagnell is highly involved in giving back to the community including his 25 years of involvement with the Rotary Club of Wolfville. The 5 International Rotary medical/dental missions to Central America including Honduras and Guatemala were amazing experiences . His local volunteer dentistry work includes with Canada’s Tooth Fairy Foundation and a recent Give Back Smile Back program with Big Brothers. He has provided environmental stewardship by mentorship for 60 summer university students with the Friends of Cornwallis Society.
